Large Dumpy Bag of Kiln Dried UK Wonky Donkey Hardwood Logs

You can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear, as they say.

Our locally sourced UK hardwood comes into our yard in all shapes and sizes. Our production equipment and team of dedicated log makers do their very best to produce logs which meet our high quality standards. Sometimes however, we end up with some logs which simply don’t meet these standards through no fault of their own.

The logs created will burn just as well as their smarter looking counterparts but won’t stack or look as nice and may even be a bit dirtier from standing in the yard. For this reason we are selling them off in our usual large dumpy bags but at a reduced price.

Sizes and shapes supplied are very variable. All have been over our ‘log cleaner’ There will be a wide variety of large and small, thick and thin, pointy and square, short and long. A mixed bunch but all ‘logs’.

A large builder’s dumpy bag full to the brim with kiln-dried hardwood wonky logs, a moisture content of 10% to 20%. Convenient to store and ready to burn. Loose-filled volume is approximately 0.8m3 per bag.
