Our large builders dumpy bag of kiln dried small UK hardwood logs is perfect for the ever-popular smaller wood burners installed in many homes, holiday cottages and glamping businesses across the country.  The dumpy bag will arrive full to the brim of logs which have been carefully chopped to a convenient size to suit most tiny wood burners. These logs have the same guaranteed average moisture content of 20%, they are easy to store and arrive ready to burn. Approximate length of 8″ compared to the standard 10″.

PLEASE NOTE
Hobbit logs are cut shorter than our standard 10″ logs but are the same split i.e. can be up to 6 inches in width. With this in mind, despite sharing the same Hobbit name, we cannot guarantee that all Hobbit logs will fit easily inside all ‘Hobbit’ stoves. If in doubt you are welcome to come to our yard and showroom near Richmond, North Yorkshire where we will be happy to show you how and where the logs are made as well as their typical sizing.
